Hotel-Chain-Info.com is one of dozens of accommodation directories specializing in travel accommodations throughout the world. Our objective is to provide travelers with a quality booking system from which they can gather accommodation and travel information.

When using our site, please keep the following in mind.:

1) ALL OF OUR INFORMATION IS ONLINE. We are continuously updating our site and adding new features. We do not produce a printed version of the guide, so please do not write to us asking for copies of it.

2) PHONE NUMBERS ARE NOT LISTED. We don't have phone numbers for the property - however, after booking, the confirmation email will include a phone number for the property.

3) WE NEED YOUR RESERVATION DETAILS. If you are contacting us about a reservation made through this site, we will need the details of the reservation in order to properly assist you and answer your questions. The best piece of information to send us would be a copy of your email confirmation message. This message was sent to you upon the completion of your online booking request and contains the details of your travel arrangements. If you are unable to provide a copy of your confirmation message please ensure that you provide as much of the following reservation information as possible:
  1. Guest first and last name
  2. Your destination city
  3. Hotel name & Address
  4. Confirmation number
  5. Arrival date
  6. Departure date
  7. Number of rooms reserved
