Instructions and Tips for Booking a Reservation OnlineHow to make and Online Reservation:Here are some pointers to assist you when making your online reservations. They are generic in nature and will apply to most of the reservation services. Thank you for considering our service.1) In order to access the accommodation page for the area that you will be visiting, please select the region or state, then select the specific city. You may need to sort through a few different layers to get to the specific page for the city that you will be visiting. (ex. select country, select region or state and then select city) 2) Listings that are marked "Hot Rate Property, Discounted Rates" provide discounted, special negotiated and limited time special pricing. Often these properties have limited availability - and when special rate inventory is consumed, they will show no availability. 3) In order to access our online reservation system, simply click directly on the "Property Info" or "Book A Room" links located to the right of the hotel name. The property name will also take you to the property information page and booking engine. 4) If you prefer to make your reservation by telephone, our reservation phone service can be accessed at 1-866-281-9330. This phone service supports properties for nearly all cities in North America and all major centers in the rest of the world. 5) Once your online reservation (or phone reservation) has been made you will receive an email confirmation message containing your booking details, confirmation number, direct contact information for the hotel and cancellation instructions. Please retain this email - it is the only document confirming your booking and you will need it to make changes or cancel your reservation. If you do not receive an email 24 hours after making the booking, please contact us. How to Modify a Reservation:We are proud to offer site visitors the ability to make online reservations through affiliation with a high quality reservation service. In order to modify a reservation made through this service you will consider any one of the methods described below:1) Return to our website to make a new reservation, making the necessary changes. Once you have received your new email confirmation, simply follow the instructions in your original confirmation to cancel your original booking online. Please make sure to review your original cancellation policy before following this procedure in order to avoid cancellation charges from your original booking. 2) For US and Canadian customers, you can contact the customer-service personnel at the reservation service by phone at 1-866-281-9330. International customers can phone our head office at 1-705-942-9765. You may also reach us by email at cust-serv@df-ig.com 3) Another option is to contact the property directly to update your booking request. You should have their direct phone number on your reservation confirmation email.
